SHIPPING POLICY

Standard orders on this site ship via USPS or UPS Ground. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 24-72 hours. Deliveries can take up to 3-5 business days. Orders Ship on Business Days, Monday through Friday.

Shipment merchandise may depend upon availability, quantity ordered and other factors that may affect final delivery date.

RETURN POLICY

At Live Harder, we strive to make sure you’re absolutely loving our swag merchandise and that you’re 100% Satisfied with your order!

If for any reason there is any damage to your item upon receipt, please reach out to us immediately so we can take care of you right away.

RETURNS:

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The return must be received by Live Harder within 7 days of receipt.

  • The returned item must be unworn and in new condition.

  • We do not offer returns for "change of mind".

  • Shipping costs are Non-Refundable.

 

EXCHANGES:

We do offer 14 days from purchase exchanges. If for any reason something doesn’t fit, reach out and we’ll be glad to take care of you.

TERMS ON EXCHANGE:

  • Item must be in new, never worn & never washed condition. If Live Harder determines that the item does not fit the criteria we reserve the right to reject the exchange.

  • If exchange is granted, the item needs to be returned at the EXPENSE OF THE BUYER unless otherwise voided by Live Harder or return label is mailed. Contact us at david@liveharder.org for any return, exchange or damage.

  • Clearance items are not eligible for return.
